Those "fancy barcode reduction stickers" are a pain in the arse.
The machines we had at the supermarket I work in used to constantly break or bugger up. Now we have new ones and very very slowly I can see them heading in the same direction.
How many times we have longed for the pleasures of a hand written sticker! What luxury!
