Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Oh I quite expected a bit of grief from the kids,
But it was not the young ones who caused me problems. It was the Final year kids and the sixth form students who abused me and eventually physically attacked me.
As for tearing me a new one, a few months after surgery I returned to work, fragile and delicate. I had a kid run into me and hit me in the groin with his hard edged school bag. Cue me collapsing to the floor in agony. Did the kid say sorry? Er... no.
Looking back it is starting to feel funny now I am out of there. A TS teacher in a rough inner city school... Damn talk about getting your self into trouble!
