I like this.I used to work in a call centre too, and from the shit that used to get dealt to me I make damn sure I am nice and respectful to the agents I speak to. Unsurprisingly, they seem more inclined to actually help you sort through the problems/issues/questions you have that way.
Still, looks like you deal with it well enough! :)
