The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

In telling the idiots who tried to record calls that I was under no obligation to help them as it was company policy to deny permission for customers to record calls. The swearing, the shouting, the inevitable disconnection... oh the joy!
