A guy in the officehas been making hell with BT since he was installed 18 months ago. He's played fuck with them over an initial install mistake and kept on their backs every month ever since.
Because he's a qualified solicitor, he's kept on turning the screws just enough to get continuous credit from their retentions team. In fact he just come into the office this morning bragging with a cheque from BT for £108 in refunds.
He's still yet to actually pay them anything.
