I learnt..the hard way with this one. I'd mentioned we had another in stock, though it was reserved. Cue 45 minutes of me being screamed at by a customer (he'd managed to aqcuire a faulty one) I'd normally have swapped them and re-ordered for the other customer but it happened two days before christmas...
The lesson learned - it's much, much easier and simpler to say "it's out of stock" :-)
