Not to mention the hours...A good friend of mine is a 'carrot chopper'
(He's actually a head chef at a top hotel in Leeds but it wouldn't do to give him an over-inflated ego would it?)
and the hours he works are appalling. His job rules his life - weekends, Christmas, Shitty shifts all over the place.
I could never do that job, so I salute you sir.
