as a woman who loves her foodi very rarely leave food when i go for a meal. i also make a point of sending my compliments to the chef, especially if my blue steak is actually blue, rather than just a little bit under well done.
i won't be going out for meals anymore, though; my stomach is now the size of a small peach.
i like my food too much :(
