my sistersuffers from sleep paralysis (look it up its freaky) the other night she was semi conscious eyes wide open but said all she could see was blue sky and clouds. She told me she thought she was actually dead and lay there for around 5 mins trying to scream for help but physically couldn't. scary!

I used to get that tooposted about it a few days ago. Tis a horrible thing but I seem to have grown out of it now.
