that is definitely a domestic cat
the one I saw was about the size of a german shepherd (the dog) and it wasn't ambling along, it was stalking like a leopard.
edit: "Also, you can tell from the size of the track that it is much larger than a house cat." I'd say you can tell from the size of the track that it is a domestic cat.

Er, no...
Those tracks are the best part of 5 feet apart and whilst I'd agree it clearly isn't the size of a tiger, I've never seen a house cat that would measure up to that thing.

Even the biggest, burliest cats don't have a tail that's about 3 feet long.
It's difficult to make much detail out in the video, but it's got the balance to walk on the tracks. Still doesn't look massively 'cat-like' in it's movements.
