Pearoast:While we are of the subject of sleep talking.........
One night while Mr Bin and I where both asleep I let out an almighty fart.
In fact it was so loud it woke us both up.
In my half asleep state did I apologise for my unladylike behaviour?
Did I hell.
My response was to call out 'Get your dinner out of that' and go straight back to sleep.

I've always saidGet out and walk Donald. A guy I used to work with years ago used to sway it and I picked it up as I have a habit of doing with catchphrases. Still don't really know what it means, if anything...
