If I may"shit out your cock you pedo" has a number of limitations as a comment, not least its illiteracy. It should at least be:
Shit out your cock, paedo
But even then it has some grammatical ambiguity. Are we urging the recipient to excrete faeces from their cock, or to excrete their cock from their rectum? If the former, it would be better to say
Shit out OF your cock, paedo
Any confusion could be avoided by rewriting the sentence thus:
I'm a sub-educational adolescent with a void for a mind.
