Desperate Times
Stranded in a hotel in an African war zone with no internet access for two weeks, I was forced to resort to desperate measures. Possessing only my passport and the clothes I stood up in; and the warning "You can catch it shaking hands with a vicar out there" ringing in my ears, I had to draw my own porn in order to preserve my sanity.
Alas, it all came out looking like Coronation Street's Audrey Roberts, but, as they say, any port in a storm.
What have you done in times of great desperation?

Wankers indeed
Nothing worse than telling them you're not working on a particular week 'cause you've got a week's worth of something half-decent from another, more competent agency (12-14 hours, 2 hours travel), only to have them phone you at 4am - halfway through your meagre 4 hours sleep - every single cock-sucking day to ask if you want to work in some shithole for minimum wage. I couldn't even vent at them 'cause I was still living at home and couldn't wake the family. They are still on my list.
