I lostmy dad when i was 16. 17 years ago. All of the above. I mean, not specifically, but you get the idea. Just the not being here. and the fact that he was never there to see anything I would wanted him to see. Whenever I've achieved anything in my life, there's a dad shaped gap where I would have wanted him to be proud of me. nothing will ever fill it.

DRUNK EDIT: i had a shitty rotten day today. i came home and found a text from my mum, 4,000 miles away saying "call me anytime tonight, i switched the answer phone off so i can speak to you if you need me"
I'm not ashamed to admit that after reading that, then this, I cried like a baby.
