@CHCBReally? My higher degrees were spent (a) worrying about how I'd pay for it, (b) worrying about losing weight and whether eating one apple and one pitta bread a day might be too much and (c) weeping in the corner occasionally.
Sex and erudition was hard to come by. On the other hand, I was living in Birmingham, and that's enough to dampen anyone's spirits.
EDIT: I want a higher doctorate. Is that when the good stuff comes?
