@ all of the aboveExactly. Plus my counsellor, although an intelligent clinical psychologist, was so far removed from my view on life that we spent most of our time debating/arguing issues that had feck all to do with those 'coping mechanisms'.
Me: I have a problem with intimacy.
Her: that's because women should be nurturing but you're too busy trying to do masculine things.
Me: *makes angry retard face and gets rather furious and tries to start a debate on gender stereotyping*
