I feel your pain ......so to speak. I had to pull out of the Edinburgh last year due to last minute injury. I was gutted. I'd have wept if I wasn't so manly. Fortunately later in the year, a workmate had to pull out of the Loch Ness so I got his place. It was so good I'm going again this year but under my own name this time.
BTW 3 hours eh ? I'm suitably impressed.
