My Biggest Disappointment
Often the things we look forward to the most turn out to be a huge let down. As Freddy Woo puts it, "High heels in bed? No fun at all. Porn has a lot to answer for."
Well, Freddy, you are supposed to get someone else to wear them.
What's disappointed you lot?

No, no, no
The problem is, if you write the same album twice, then it's not as good the second time round. With the exception of Don Quixote (have a read of "Pierre Menard: Author of the Quixote", it's funny, in a pretentious sort of way). Music's a very personal thing too. And if you hear something for the first time when you're in a bad mood, it's as likely to affect your opinion as much as whether it's actually a piece of shit or not. I'm lucky, I got as much out of every Radiohead album as the last, and still wait with anticipation for the next. And I liked Motorcycle Emptiness, but the Manics never did it for me otherwise... personal thing you see...
