If he enjoys pissing people offhe should go to 4chan or onto Usenet or onto the craigslist Rants & Raves section- there are plenty of places out there for twats like that.
In here he will only encounter disgust and annoyance, and be blocked by most people.
Me, I find that people who post things just for the sake of winding up others are utterly pathetic. I've met a few of them in real life- there was a guy I met from alt.alien.vampires.flonk.flonk.flonk who was every bit as annoying in person as online. I eventually asked him how he was at catching things, then tossed him a paper cup of coffee before walking away.
Twats are twats, and will be ignored.
