Ancrenne's right TRLFor one thing, people born in Wales get FREE university education - provided they study in wales whereas the English have to pay wherever they study. I think they do a similar thing in Ireland and Scotland.
I'm grand thanks A. Had my haircut this evening instead of going to a puppy training session that I really shouldn't have missed, but it's the last one for a few weeks, so it would mostly have been a congratulations/award ceremony instead and as I haven't been to any others I didn't feel bad missing it.
So instead I had a lovely long head massage and splendid haircut that was 20% off as they did an impromptu teaching session for the floor sweeper who wants to be a hairdresser as they hardly ever get women in with short hair :)
