Could easily be trueI once got my solicitor to put a lien on Shell's UK assets to get them to pay an invoice worth a couple of grand which I'd been chasing them for about 18 months. This effectively froze their bank accounts: they were not happy.
I took a phone call from a furious senior manager, told him the facts, and within an hour the money was in my account. Then I had to pay most of it to the solicitor.
