I'm sure the child will grow up fine, the mother was very nice, polite and funny. The fact she hadn't checked our website for the best deals dosen't make them bad parents.

the mother is probably on benefit anyway so will be expecting the local Council to foot the bill - take the commission as you have already paid for it out of your taxes anyway!:)

In fairness, it's not strictly cold calling, they are already customers of the company being offered an alternative package that was not available when they set up the account in order to offer them savings based on usage.

Still told to sell it as a loyalty award which isn't true mind.
