on that subject...I was in town earlier with my son and some filthhound hawked up a massive loogy for about four seconds of hecccching and then gobbed it on the pavement, narrowly missing (intentionally) my little lad's feet.
I picked up said goober in a tissue and wiped it down the bloke's jacket, saying "I think you dropped this, mate" with a grin I can only describe as shit-eating.
He was too gobsmacked to do anything, thankfully :-)
