A reputable company will always allow you to call back.I have the same thing with my credit card company. They often want to do a security check, but that involves someone from an unlisted number calling me and asking for my details. When I say that I'm not having that they just set it up so that I dial the number on the back of my card and get put straight through to the correct department.
