Driven to Madness
Captain Placid asks: What annoying things do significant others, workmates and other people in general do that drive you up the wall? Do you want to kill your other half over their obsessive fridge magnet collection? Driven to distraction over your manager's continued use of Comic Sans (The Font of Champions)? Tell us.

I can feel my shoulders rising up when people are chattering during trailers
Not fussed about the multitude of adverts particularly, but on Monday the "rabble" behind us moved back a few seats as they probably saw me twitch a bit... And thankfully when someone shussed them they did shut up. Taken 2's not as bad as reviews make out, but it was always going to be difficult to do anything really good with it.
Worst was in Bristol to watch Kill Bill pt1 where the people behind us kicked the seat of my girlfriend almost constantly, well until I asked th to stop and then my seat became the kicking seat. Again asking nicely - turning round in a darkened room - before again kicking fr multiple angles... Given the film if it had of been the right part it could have created a cheap 4D simulator experience, but it wasn't. They did eventually stop after I launched over half of what was left in my massive cup of Sprite/7Up onto the legs of one of the can-can dancers behind me. There was a cry "it wasn't even me", but it did stop. We of course drive home in our yellow with black stripe Accord come the end of the film (actually it was a green Corsa I think).
