I assume you have a smart phone and if you do it is a half decent one. You know there arevarious lens attachments available and there are ones that would happily look inside ears, noses and throats. There are even some fairly cool ones for examination of the fundus.
Not sure if anything is on the horizon for the other cavities and orifice of the body.
