the guy at T-Mobile said it was the biggest bill he's ever seen.Amateur.
I used to work for another telco, and £1080 is pretty small beans by comparison.
Worst one I ever saw in five years of Collections work was a young 'un from Nottingham who'd managed to arse six and a half grand in a month.
A salutory experience for everyone - pay as you go for drunken phone time. Contract will just shaft you royally.
