Very similar one I got told...At college, in a health and safety course before we got to play with the workshop, we got told about a guy who had a habit of closing the rear roller door of his truck by jumping off the back while holding the catch.
Until one day, his wedding ring got caught in the catch.
And the roller shutter jammed.
