The MeasurerIn Sheffield twenty or more years ago there was a man who was always measuring buildings and the like with an invisible tape measure. You would always find him in the city centre.
Now there is a middle-aged afro-caribbean lady who wanders round singing 'Praise Jesus' really loudly, with or without an electric guitar.

She's mentalI see her all the time! She usually stands outside the old HSBC next to Cathedral tram stop. The last time I saw her she was stood near the benches outside Boots on Fargate. She was next to a bin with her hand on a carrier bag on it. The carrier bag was singing - I'm assuming there was a CD player inside it.
It was all a bit weird so I ducked down Chapel Walk...
