In Chesterthere is a chap who, by is accent, is of Eastern European origin. He is regularly seen with an old bicycle overloaded with various signs, placards and other paraphenalia. He is in the habit of standing in crowded public places and furiously denouncing smoking. I don't mean that he picks on individuals and denounces them, but he makes impassionned speeches deploring the practice in general.
There are quite often born-again Christian types preaching on street corners in Chester, but No Smoking Man puts them to shame with his rousing oratory.
