Probably best you got it all done
before the GPs got confronted by the exact cost of everything. Everything's going to get much worse, from here on. *axe to grind*

i was told 3 months ago
that i was at the top of the list for my biggest surgery and would be having it done some time in april. as long as it gets done, i don't mind waiting a bit longer.
