Essential ItemsOur friend always carries 30ft of lightweight rope with him. We took the piss until we heard he got stuck in a lift, and managed to get everyone out in 5 mins.

Lots of stuff, butThe most important thing is my personal alarm in case my ex manages to track me down again. The sound of it going off is enough of a shock so that I can slam the door in his face. It has worked twice so far.
