...Am i the only one that didnt see this being unusual? it used to be a feeder for the city, but has since been closed and the turn off moved another 100m further down the road.. check out google maps if you dont believe me... not that i did..(ahem):S
theres a similar change to an overpass near the birkenhead tunnel where a flyover has been moved / chnaged.
