I stopped
taking food to Glasto after the first time and decided it's much, much more fun when you forget how much you're spending and just buy what you want when you want it. Awesome it is.

Spent almost a grand last time, but on my first trip there in 97 I was a very poor student and somehow managed to scrape by the whole weekend on £20* and a carrier bag full of super noodles.
Never again.
* I was actually mugged for the £20 by scallies but that's another story
