Bike-fu.......is basically where you climb off a bike at speed and proceed to make an attempt to swing the bike around as some kind of weapon, but use ends up as a monumental fail as you let go and it lands in someones garden/fence/car windscreen.
I think I saw Jackie Chan do it once and thought "Hey....I can ride a bike and have seen Karate Kid.....I can do that!"
