This is a question Pointless Experiments

Pavlov's Frog writes: I once spent 20 minutes with my eyes closed to see what it was like being blind. I smashed my knee on the kitchen cupboard, and decided I'd be better off deaf as you can still watch television.

march flies
we have very large, dopey biting flies here in summer called march flies. my cousin showed me a trick. when the flies land to bite, they are quite focused and easy to smack and stun. you then grab the seedy head off some grass and jam it up the flies backside. when it wakes up in a few seconds, it will take off like some sort of heavy haulage helicopter and dissapear off into the blue summer sky towing a length of grass many, many times its size with it. its quite amusing.
