FailedOn my third driving test, I turned right out of the test centre, reached a pedestrian crossing, attempted to run over a little old lady, was prevented from doing so by the examiner grabbing the wheel, then proceeded straight back to the test centre.
The drive home was very, very quiet. I've never felt such a complete failure.

My flatmateOnce wrote an essay on Gibbon's Sunset Song (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunset_Song, click and read the summary if you're not familiar with it) which began "Chris Guthrie is the son of..."
He also wrote his English Lit exam on a book he'd made up... and got a 'C'.
