This is a question False Economies

Sometimes the cheapest option isn't the right one. I fondly remember my neighbours going to a well-known catalogue-based store and buying the cheapest lawnmower they stocked. How we laughed as they realised it had non-rotating wheels and died when presented with grass. Tell us about times you or others have been let down by being a cheapskate.

Bruce Dickinson left Iron Maiden for a while.
In the meanwhile they employed "Blayze" Bailey from Wolfsbane as a singer and frontman.

Nope.

I will admit my paper round in the rain was mainly done listening to Killers
and Phantom Of the Opera is the best Lucozade advert ever, but Number of the beast, Piece of Mind and Powerslave won it for me. All Bruce.

See, I was gutted and fucking howling mad that Blaze killed of Wolfsbane to join them.
But I'll give him this, he worked fucking HARD for Maiden, and got shafted by the band, but mostly by all the crybaby BROOOOCE fans for not being BROOOOCE for his efforts. And let's face it, the Broooce solo albums only confirmed what Samson had showed, without the rest of Maiden he's a bit shit.
And I don't remember BROOOOCE running his little heart out on his stumpy little legs all over the stage anywhere near as much as he does now when he was with Maiden the first time. And to those who say "Yeah but the two albums Blaze did with them weren't much good" all I need say is "No Prayer For The Dying" BEFORE Blaze, and "Dances Of Death" AFTER Blaze.
But yeah, Di'anno FTW.
