False EconomiesSometimes the cheapest option isn't the right one. I fondly remember my neighbours going to a well-known catalogue-based store and buying the cheapest lawnmower they stocked. Do you trust the bagging company to wash all the pesticides off bagged salad?Besides, modern pesticides are systemic, so aren't sprayed on your lettuce anyway. they're added to the irrigation water, and sit within the cells of the plant.
