how about if someone put the cd back in the wrong caseand this happens again and again, so every time you go to find a cd you end up having to do a fucking cd chase

Me too...The problem comes with the albums that have text written in a circle around the disc, which always seem wrong whichever way up they are.
I have taken to finding the wee copyright and label logos and orientating them by that...
