Taking lots of pills at night for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
This means I have to have a ritual of watching what I eat and staying moderately healthy...

you too? My dad had a heart attack at 40, and my mum's blood pressure is scarily high. I have to become a salad eating, non fun food allowed zone :(

Plus my Dad also now has type 2 diabetes...
Which is a bit rubbish but at least it;s not too bad for him as he has to eat healthily now...
