My mum sends text to her friends and family every Sunday.They vary slightly, generally with a little bit of info about what she's up to or how the weather is or something, but the general gist of them is "Happy Sunday, hope you have a lovely lovely day today".
Sadly, most of the people she sends them to also have a ritual of not replying to her...
