I was just such an older brotherWell, I don't think we ever fought physically (good job as he is now 6 foot four and a stone heavier than me), but I was a bit of a twat to him. I think in retrospect it's because we're quite alike in many ways and I took my self-loathing out on what I saw of myself in him, if that makes sense?
Since then I've been away to university and become a lot more comfortable in my own skin and I now think he's a bit of a dude (though I don't think either of us have changed much - just goes to show, eh?), and things are slowly starting to thaw between us. Give it a few more years and I hope we'll be friends. Sorry Joe.
