I knew one like thisHe would regale us with tales of working with all manner of famous bands and musicians, including a stint working the desk in a studio in Mustique. Yeah, yeah, whatever. He also claimed he had rapped on several hit records. Of course you have.
So I was rather surprised when, while watching a band perform, he bounded up from the audience onto the stage and, rather than being hustled off by security, was given the mic and proceeded to rap fluently and wittily about the events of the day (proving he was extemporising).
Turns out it was all true. He might be a borderline schizophrenic, drug addict and alcoholic, but he really did all that other stuff too.
