... result of it all. 3 convictions for Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm... ABH. 1 suspended sentence for the guy my wife identified as the person she saw stomping on my head and the other two were bound over to keep the peace for 12 months. They were all also fined 200 quid and told to pay 150 quid costs. Their solicitor talked it down from GBH for a quick guilty plea which took the CPS by surprise and a victim statement was never taken.
Still bitter.
