Oh yes
The second worst thing I heard of (again not seen thankfully) was a fresher who shat in their sink, rather than find a bathroom. That has to be a new low. Talk about not shitting where you eat

a sink in a bedroom? rather than in a shared kitchen?
If you were so busting there was no chance of even making it out of the door, the sink really would be the best of many bad options I guess.

sadly it wasn't their sink
nor do we have kitchens. But on staircases (where we live) there are sinks on different floors where people do their washing up rather than in the tiny bathroom sinks

Andrew Melville Hall in St Andrews
Had a phantom shower shitter. He used to go into the communal showers (in the female corridors!) as it was his first time away from home and he couldn't cope with communal facilities. When he got caught his punishment was to be moved to the posh en-suite hall. Bastard.

Halls in Camberwell
had a phantom shitter on the female floor. We suspected it was a particularly loathsome individual called Ben (whom I had run-ins with before), who'd get drunk after Rugby and break windows with his forehead in the mistaken belief that it made him look cool.
