I know exactly what you mean.
Not quite as bad, but after spending hours sorting out a billet after a rather messy muddy excercise, we were feeling smug as all was gleaming.
Then came the bollocking after RSM found a half sheet of toilet paper clinging to the back underside of the loo :(
