"Part of my kitchen floor are thick with dust, grease, part of a broken mug, a few mummified oven-chips, a desiccated used teabag and a couple of pieces of cutlery", says Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic. You don't get baby moths. You get moth larvae (maggotty little feckers) that pupate after which a fully grown moth emerges....

We get them quite a lot in our kitchen- usually lurking around the bird seed- and they definitely come from little specks. They could be some species of pointy fly.
