WowI thought I was the only one terrified of slugs! They are absolutely horrifying little things. I also once got chased by a "friend" who found a slug sitting on a leaf and thought it would be fun to see me scream and run away.

im not sure if it is fearits like when you don't like food, and its not the taste but the texture. i dont believe slugs will hurt me but the texture of them... they're just revolting. they look unsanitary. they look like a moving turd. im pretty sure they're poisonous too because my dog tried to lick one (WHY????) and yelped. iv also accidentally stood on one in bare feet and it was a good ten minutes before i stopped retching... oh i could go on...
