Poor foreigners often have inferior standards of hygiene to people in developed nations. We should make sure people are clean and healthy before we allow them the privilege of entering this country.
(and this is coming from someone like me or my wife who both have foreign ancestry)

Maybe we could set up internment camps to teach them the error of their ways.
